Carrot Top Pesto

This is one of the things I made last week, but I don't have a exact recipe. I put some carrot tops in a food processor and added walnuts and oil and blended. It was very bitter. Carrot tops are bitter and of course I added a bitter nut. So I added some homegrown mint and some brazil nuts and some nutritional yeast and now it tastes good. I have had it with pasta and intend to try it in sandwiches too.

These are the gorgeous carrots I got from a local farm shop freshly picked for me. Don't they just look like real carrots and two of them are hugging each other.
