Mint chocolate green thickie

Pudding in a glass!!

I liked the look of this mint cocao smoothie and decided I would make it into a breakfast green thickie.



1/3 cup almonds (I used flaked/slivered) (or use almond milk instead of the almonds and water)
1 cup water
5 dates
2/3 cup kale, fresh or frozen
1 banana, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cinnamon
drop vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground flax seed
few fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup oats

Whizz up the almonds and water together (or use almond milk), add the dates and whizz again. Then continue to add all the other one or two at a time until you have made your thickie. If you have a powerful blender, you can add them all at the same time.
