As part of my plan to lose a few pounds I am blogging my daily food diary to help keep me accountable and share my ideas on vegan eating.
Breakfast and lunch- 2 x mugs of mixed fruit and kale thickie smoothie for each meal
Mid afternoon snack - 3 biscuits and some nuts
Evening Meal - Apricot Nut Roast and salad followed by more nut roast as it as it was so yummy!
Supper snack - 2 slices toast and vanilla rice milk
Water throughout the day
Exercise - 1 hour gardening
