UK Treats - Guide Six Marks and Spencers

Is there more than fruit salad for vegans in supermarkets - well yes - here is a guide on how to feed your sweet tooth in the UK from the main supermarkets and more!

iced and spiced soft buns (fruit tea cake with icing on top! - not listed in the vegan list, but confirmed as vegan, but made on a line that handles dairy products). Also available in single packs in the take out section.













in the bakery the pretzel and the bagel are vegan.  There cranberry and pecan bread, walnut bread and fig and ? bread is very tasty. I know not all vegan eat figs, but if you do, these are all available from the bakery and are often reduced at the end of the day!








the sorbet mango madness is also vegan and the lemon sorbet also looks vegan.

They now do baby food and this mango dessert looks to be vegan.







I've not wrote to check if the orange one is suitable, but i understand that shellac coated oranges is unlikely to be used in chocolate.

They also have lots of smoothie type drinks, both small and large bottles


These fruits look vegan, but I haven't checked with them.

 Marks and Spencer's also label there booze if its vegan. Here is one example, chocolate red wine!
